About

Christina Boyd wears many hats as she is a writer, editor, reviewer, artist, and a great reader. Since 2013, Christina has worked with forty-five authors, curated and self-published five multi-author anthologies, and edited over fifty books. A life member of Jane Austen Society of North America and Pacific Northwest Writers Association, Christina lives quietly in the wilds of the Pacific Northwest with her dear Mr. B and a silver Labrador—now that her Boydlings have gone off on adventures. Like main character Jude, Christina is half-Filipino/half white, an art lover, and an unabashed Anglophile. Her own whirlwind English fantasy came true thanks to actor Henry Cavill when they sipped champagne together atop the London Eye. True story. You can even Google it.

REVIEW: St. Ulphia’s Dead by Scott Lambridis
Christina Boyd reviews ST. ULPHIA'S DEAD by Scott Lambridis: "Lambridis blends absurd humor with meditations on trauma, mortality, and human connection, creating a novel in which certainty dissolves beneath the reader’s feet. Drawing from science fiction, folk horror, and the literary ghost story while retaining the lyrical sensibility of magical realism, St. Ulphia’s Dead transforms the classic detective narrative into something stranger and more psychologically resonant."

INTERVIEW: Scott Lambridis Says Stories Need Momentum
Christina Boyd's interview: I met author Scott Lambridis after Bellingham Mini-Con at Village Books while standing in line to buy David Beaumier's debut, The Mourning Fields. And as writers do, we started talking about current writing projects. When Scott said he had a book coming out in July 2026 via Regal House Publishing, I invited him to this interview.

REVIEW: Five Daughters Out at Once by Jayne Bamber
Christina Boyd reviews Pride & Prejudice adaptation FIVE DAUGHTERS OUT AT ONCE by author Jayne Bamber and narrated by Stevie Zimmerman. "Tensions inevitably rise between Elizabeth Bennet and Fitzwilliam Darcy as they both bristle at Lady Catherine’s schemes for very different reasons. As Netherfield Park is rented and a host of eligible gentlemen arrive—each 'in possession of a good fortune' and therefore presumed to be in want of a wife—chaos ensues and carefully laid plans unravel."
